Helping children to adapt

Established to support children with developmental delays, Oq Yelkan (Белый парус) helps to adapt to society and provides medical care for families from socially vulnerable segments of the population. It is more difficult for children with developmental delay to analyze information and interact with others, which entails problems in learning and social adaptation.

The Oq Yelkan – Белый Парус project is aimed at identifying, examining and adapting such children, as well as providing them with medical services. Developmental delay can manifest itself in the form of impaired attention, thinking, motor skills and emotional manifestations, decreased concentration, poor memory and fatigue.

All Oq Yelkan services are provided free of charge, thanks to the sponsorship and support of the Eurosun Healthcare clinic.
